Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AAM Solutions order-desk software and website (the "Service"). AAM Solutions ("we", "us") is a trading name of Arbaz Zakir Mulla, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

AAM Solutions provides software for produce wholesalers to capture, price, invoice and dispatch customer orders. We may improve, change or add features over time. Specific commercial terms (users, plan, price) are set out in your order form or subscription agreement with us.

2. Accounts & access

Accounts are issued to named users. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your data & ownership

You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data.

5. Fees & payment

Fees are as stated in your order form or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are exclusive of VAT, and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may adjust pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.

6. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and provide support appropriate to your plan, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be scheduled to minimise disruption where practical.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by AAM Solutions and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the right to use the Service under these Terms.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these Terms.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs (such as parsed orders and prices) before relying on them.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate as set out in your subscription agreement or for material breach that is not remedied. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to account users.
