This Privacy Policy explains how AAM Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our order-desk software (the "Service"). AAM Solutions is a trading name of Arbaz Zakir Mulla, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data about our website visitors and account users, and a data processor for the business data our customers enter into the Service.

- Account data — name, work email, role and login credentials of users we set up on the Service.
- Customer business data — order, pricing, customer and supplier information that our customers enter or upload into the Service. This is processed on our customers' behalf under their instructions.

- Technical & usage data — IP address, device/browser type and log data collected automatically for security and to operate the Service.

5. Sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contract, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting and infrastructure. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Data is hosted on AWS in the London region (eu-west-2). Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK IDTA / Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the life of the account, and as required by law. Customer business data is retained and deleted according to our agreement with each customer.
8. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, active breach detection and other measures described on our website. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.
9. Your rights
Subject to UK GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at arbazmulla@aamsolution.cloud. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
10. Cookies
Our marketing website uses only essential cookies needed to operate. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
