This Privacy Policy explains how AAM Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our order-desk software (the "Service"). AAM Solutions is a trading name of Arbaz Zakir Mulla, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data about our website visitors and account users, and a data processor for the business data our customers enter into the Service.

Technical & usage data — IP address, device/browser type and log data collected automatically for security and to operate the Service.

Data is hosted on AWS in the London region (eu-west-2). Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK IDTA / Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the life of the account, and as required by law. Customer business data is retained and deleted according to our agreement with each customer.

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, active breach detection and other measures described on our website. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.

9. Your rights

Subject to UK GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability.
